ABOUT ATTICUS:

BIOGRAPHY:


Linda Kruse began with a career in Broadcasting and is best known for her TV hosting credentials that include award winning shows for ABC, NBC, PBS, History Channel, Entertainment Now and Discovery Channel. All of which was a natural lead-in to producing quality TV programs. With a degree in Filmmaking from New York University and years of Broadcast experience, Linda developed a strong background in producing and directing both in the US and abroad. Along with filmmaking, Linda is an accomplished writer and photographer — Her work can be seen on BBC, PBS, and at several international film festivals or on her personal website at www.lindakruse.com. Linda’s style is creative and clever, choosing to work closely with clients to develop and produce quality and informative programs.

Tom Geagan began his career as an actor in England studying at the Drama Studio London.  Returning to the States, Tom continued both acting and directing in Los Angeles on several independent films and commercials. He then turned his interest towards film making and studied Cinematography at UCLA.


Over the past ten years, Tom has worked as a cameraman on many films, including Full on Empty, Violet and Panic in Motion. His film credits as a Director of Photography include Straight Life, Death for Dinner and Present Perfect.


For the past five years Tom has been traveling the world as the Director/Director of Photography and Editor for the PBS travel series TravelScope, starring award winning travel journalist Joseph Rosendo.


Tom has been a member of the Atticus Productions team for the past year working as a Director / Director of Photography and Editor on various productions including Krusing America, Gino Cucino and Tutto Tuscany.

Danny Weinkauf is a New York-based composer whose work in the field of television music includes writing and producing for shows including Malcolm in the Middle (Fox), Sex and the City (HBO), Queer Eye for the Straight Guy (Bravo), Resident Life (TLC), ABC Sports, and others.


In addition to his television work, Danny has performed, recorded, and toured with the GRAMMY winning/platinum selling band "They Might Be Giants". During his 10 yrs. with the band, he has recorded several albums and performed throughout America, Europe, and Australia. He has also performed on such shows as The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn and Craig Furguson, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, MTV, VH1, Blues Clues, and The Disney Channel. 


Danny Weinkauf is also the music composer for both title tracks on Krusing America and the complete score for Cooking with Gino Cucino.

Joel Feltman has had a diverse career in the entertainment/media industry during the past 30 years.  Most recently he was the Supervising Producer of the documentary series, Voices of Vision.  In addition to his supervisory duties, he also wrote, field produced and directed several of the series' more than 80 episodes. Originally airing on Public Television, the series currently can be seen on the Documentary Channel and several Internet outlets.


He was head of THINK TANK TALENT Artists' Management, representing actors, writers and directors in NY and Los Angeles.  At various times over the years he has served as a theater producer, a producer/director for an entertainment newsmagazine program, an infomercial and corporate video producer with several major corporate clients, the director of the Theatre/Communications Arts Department for a New York area Jewish Community Center and a radio engineer for the NBC Radio Network.


He is currently the owner and Executive Producer of THINK TANK TELEVISION PROGRAM CONSULTANTS, developing new-media programming concepts and consulting on several projects for other producers including Atticus Productions.

Monette Holderer found her specialty in a unique area of the film industry as a Foley Artist (an artist who creates sound effects for cartoons, films and television). With 20 years experience, Monette is an award winning Foley Artist, having won more than 10 Golden Reel Awards for Foley and 4 Technical Emmys. 


Monette’s awards include cartoons such as SpongeBob Squarepants, Men In Black (episodic cartoon), Johnny Bravo, Adventures of Grim and Evil, Scooby Doo (episodic cartoon), as well as Scooby Doo and the Witch's Ghost, Scooby Doo and the Alien Invasion, Juniper Lee, The Batman (episode cartoon). 


Monette’s recent work includes Disney Princess Stories, Barbie Movie - The Princess and the Pauper, My Friends Tiger and Pooh, and many, many more.  She continues to work on shows for Warner Brothers, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, and now as an Associate Producer for Atticus Productions, Inc.

Susan Clark is an award-winning producer with extensive editing and writing experience.  She has created, produced or edited numerous successful video news releases (VNRs), most of which were designed to support new product launches such as Regenerist for Procter & Gamble, Boeing, Yahoo, Microsoft, Xbox and Toyota. She has also produced and edited many high-end infomercials, including Murad, Prevage (Elizabeth Arden) and PacifiCare, and has recently been involved in shows for Luminess Air and SensiClear.  Sue's travel and destination resort clients include the Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, The Kor Hotel Group and Conde Nast Traveler. 


Sue has written and produced numerous corporate and non-profit projects for companies including Hughes Aircraft, Children's Defense Fund, Brotherhood Crusade, and the Amateur Athletic Foundation. She also helped produce and edit the highly successful undergraduate endowment campaign for Stanford University, and her For Love of Children project earned her the Platinum Award at World Fest Houston in 2003. 

 

Sue produces radio media tours (RMTs) on an ongoing basis, and has written for a Showtime series. Her writing and field producing work with Atticus Productions can be seen on the Krusing America: California and Washington episodes. She is currently writing and segment producing individual projects for ongoing Atticus clients.

Scott Anderson has been the Production Sound Mixer on multiple locations with Krusing America. Scott has credits in national news gathering and network television production, as well as corporate work. He has built a clientele that regularly includes NBC Nightly News, The Oprah Winfrey Show, CNN, The Today Show, Dateline NBC, CBS Morning Show, PBS, FOX CMT, ESPN, The National Geographic Channel, and other national and international organizations. He has been a regular in Crawford, TX covering President Bush on his trips to the “Western Whitehouse.”


Some of Scott's more dramatic work has been through hurricane coverage including Isabel which hit North Carolina in 2003, Hurricane Charley in Florida in 2004, and Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in 2005 where he received a Peabody Award with Brian Williams for NBC News coverage of Katrina in New Orleans.

Richard Altenbach brings 20+ years of orchestral and Hollywood Studio experience to his compositions. As an A-List Violinist, including Principal for John Williams (Indiana Jones 4), Danny Elfman and John Ottman, Richard’s resume includes work with such composers as John Barry, Hans Zimmer, James Horner, Howard Shore, James Newton Howard, and the late great Jerry Goldsmith. 

 

A short list of Richard’s film and game credits include Spiderman I, II, & III, The Kingdom, Matrix I, II, & III, Fable, Pirates of the Caribbean I, II & III, Superman Returns, Jurassic Park I, II & III, Titanic, Lion King, King Kong, Prince of Persia, Beowolf, and American Gangster.

 

Richard was recently chosen 1 of 12 composers worldwide to participate in the prestigious 2007 ASCAP Film Composers’ Workshop. Richard is scheduled to compose the musical score for Atticus Productions short film, The Picnic.
